A PKR 200 advance payment is required to confirm an order. Available payment methods and payment instructions will be communicated during the ordering process.

The advance payment is non-refundable under our stated order policy, including when a customer cancels an order before dispatch, subject to applicable law. Any remaining payment must be made according to the payment and delivery instructions communicated for the order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, incomplete information, or suspected misuse of our services.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will communicate the reason and arrange any refund due in accordance with applicable law and our relevant policies.

Please ensure that your name, contact number, delivery address, and order details are accurate. Lumaz.pk cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are generally 3–5 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, strikes, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Customers must report eligible issues, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, within 3 days of delivery. Products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unused and in their original packaging.

Change-of-mind requests and preferences regarding color or size after delivery are not accepted under our standard policy. The PKR 200 order-confirmation advance is non-refundable under the stated policy, subject to applicable law.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales are subject to their stated terms, availability, and validity periods. We may modify or end a promotion where reasonably necessary.
